So in home defense barrel twist isn't an issue with this load. I have a 1/9.

This is great home defense ammo everything I've read about IT was positive so I gave it a try. It is just what it says it is DISINTEGRATOR this will stop bad guys in thier tracks and not hurt little lucy in the next room. If you think 45gr too lite load check out hornadys 40gr tap l.e.swat teams use 40gr jhp ballistic and that is very close to this round also I can not find this load for under 20 dollars anywhere always best price AMMO TO GO
