200rds – 6.5 Creedmoor Winchester Match 140gr. HPBT Ammo

200rds – 6.5 Creedmoor Winchester Match 140gr. HPBT Ammo Details

We’re not big on competitive shooting ourselves. It’s not that we’re no good at shooting -- we can group our shots at 2,000 yards like the dial on a rotary phone, believe us. We just get self-conscious when everyone’s looking at us.

But you’re a fearless competitor, which is why you need this 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge from Winchester’s Match label. It features a 140 grain HPBT projectile that stays set on its course from muzzle to target. This bullet’s open meplat indicates its perfectly uniform lead core, and its base is tapered to boost its ballistic coefficient past the 0.5 mark. Such a bullet delivers a velocity of 1,427 fps at 1,000 yards, and stays supersonic up until about 1,385 yards! That carries with it the kind of accuracy that puts trophies on mantelpieces.

This round’s new production brass casing seats its bullet flat as an ironing board, and is loaded with a consistent and clean burning charge of high quality propellant. Winchester’s the boss when it comes to this kind of thing.
