200rds – 6.5 Creedmoor Remington Core-Lokt 140gr. PSP Ammo

Remington Ammunition 140 Grain Pointed Soft-Point (PSP) Ammo Details

The 6.5mm Creedmoor. It’s not a magic rifle cartridge, despite what many of its proponents would have you believe, but man is it ever a good one all the same. It’s an awesome way to take your buck – and even more so when it’s decked out with a Remington Core-Lokt bullet!

This round’s Core-Lokt weighs in at 140 grains. That’s a normal weight for the 6.5 CM, and one that this cartridge uses to deliver a muzzle velocity of 2,700 fps. The sleek pointed soft point Core-Lokt overcomes frontal air resistance efficiently enough to lock down a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.410; zero in at 300 yards, and drop at 400 ought to be in the ballpark of -13.0”. The Core-Lokt’s jacket is specially tapered to permit up to double-diameter terminal expansion, and also quite literally locked into the lead core to promote impressively deep penetration at close and long ranges alike.

This case of ammo came straight out of Remington’s factory, and is replete with strong, precision-drawn reloadable brass cases and carefully paired primers and propellant charges. Order it with fast shipping and see what the deer living in your area think of it. We expect they will not approve of it one bit!
