PMC's X-TAC brand is a perfect way for shooters to get high grade M855 5.56mm ammunition from a well-known NATO supplier. These rounds are constructed to exacting military specification and include annealed brass casings which form a proper chamber seal when fired and prevent neck splitting and cracking for reloaders' safety. Each casing is equipped with a non-corrosive Boxer primer which is bordered by sealant for moisture protection and hardened for compatibility with the free-floating firing pin of the AR-15/M16 platform.

The projectile used in this load is a 62 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) bullet with a mild steel penetrating core and boat tail rear for drag resistance and improved accuracy.
