10rds – 9mm CCI Pest Control 43gr. #11 Bismuth Shot Ammo

10rds – 9mm CCI Pest Control 43gr. #11 Bismuth Shot Ammo Details

Can you kill pests with normal 9mm ammo? Absolutely! Only one problem: a single bullet may not reliably hit so small a target, unless you’re John Wick and you’ve been drinking espresso all day.

This Pest Control series ammo by CCI is the answer. It is essentially a little shotshell; packed with 43 grains of #11 shot (appropriately known as “snake shot”), which forms an extremely thick spread that reliably kills little, delicate vermin at very close distances.

This is lead-free ammo. Its shot is made of bismuth, which falls between steel and lead on the density scale, and hits hard enough to stop any snake mid-slither. Its primers are Federal Catalysts, which also contain zero antimony or barium.

This shell’s payload of shot is much lighter than any conventional 9mm bullet. That plus its gentle 950 fps muzzle velocity means you can expect next to zero recoil. What you can’t expect this ammo to do is cycle a semi-auto. It’s manual cycle only.
