Mesko 93 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) Ammo Details

This is not 9mm ammunition. The 9mm Makarov cartridge was intentionally designed by the Soviet Union to not work in America’s preferred 9mm (aka 9mm Luger or 9x19) pistol. Please only order this ammo if your have the Russian or Eastern Bloc firearm you need to enjoy it.

You don’t have to be named Sergei and be able to fight bears with your bare hands to enjoy a fine Russian pistol. You just need a case of Mesko’s 9mm Makarov! These cartridges are perfect for the range thanks to their standard 93 grain full metal jacket projectiles, which will feed freely, prevent excessive lead fouling, follow predictable trajectories, and also lack any steel which could have upset a magnet.

Mesko is one of Poland’s largest ammo producers. In addition to making rockets, they make a lot of small arms ammunition for export all over the world. Their massive factory fabricates consistent brass cases, but we’d advise against purchasing this ammo if you want handloading components. These rounds are equipped with non-corrosive Berdan primers, so their cases have two inconvenient flash holes instead of just the one.
