1000rds – 40 S&W Magtech 165gr. FMC Flat Ammo Details

The 40 S&W was designed from the ground up to be an end-all approach to practical self-defense. If you’re going to fire a pistol in that caliber, it needs to perform flawlessly so that you can effectively build the skills and confidence you may very well one day need to protect yourself or the lives of those dear to you. Magtech has got you covered.

This 40 S&W cartridge has a 165 grain projectile, a lighter bullet than what its caliber initially called for and accordingly one that’ll deliver a little less kick as you fire it. This bullet has got a flattened nose profile, which suits it perfectly for shooting paper targets -- training is far less rewarding when there’s guesswork involved with having to figure out where your shots have placed. This bullet’s jacket will preserve your firearm’s accuracy as well.

Magtech makes great meat and potatoes ammo that delivers nothing but value however you’d implement it. This round’s small pistol primer won’t cake your pistol’s action with corrosive film, which will help to assure it’ll perform when you need it to. This round’s casing is brass as well. Even if you don’t handload, such a casing is a great thing to hand off to someone who does.

This ammo is just what the doctor ordered. I love the 165 grain bullet because it has less kick and still it traviles 1125 feet per second.
