1000rds – 380 Auto Winchester 95gr. FMJ Ammo

1000rds – 380 Auto Winchester 95gr. FMJ Ammo Details

This 380 Auto cartridge is made by Winchester, and has a 95 grain bullet with a flat nose. The primary advantage to having such a shape is that this bullet will create an easily spotted hole in a paper target, letting you know just where your shot has placed without having to take a rhythm-breaking stroll to your target (a highly unadvised move at a shooting range) or pulling the little lever at your stall. To be certain, a traditional wadcutter does this too, but that bullet’s awkward shape is inclined to cause feeding issues in a semi-automatic.

This round’s bullet also sports a full metal jacket, which further facilitates smooth feeding and also prevents your pistol’s bore from choking up with lead residue. Its fresh casing is made of brass, so unlike the steel or aluminum variety you’ll find it just the thing for handloading. Winchester’s primer is non-corrosive, so you’ll see that this round will keep your action far better preserved in the long-run. If you’re going to train with your compact everyday carry, these 1,000 rounds more than up to the task.
