A versatile hollow point load that can be used for hunting, target shooting, or personal defense, this .357 Magnum ammunition delivers reliable performance at a very reasonable cost. Each cartridge in this bulk priced case of 1,000 fires a heavy 158 grain JHP at a muzzle velocity of 1,220 feet per second. The heavy bullet produces strong penetration; due to its flat-nosed shape, it also produces nice, clean holes in paper targets. This ammo is made by Fiocchi using non-corrosive primers and brass cases.

This fiocchi load is not really a .357 load, its nowhere near 1220 fps (that was a 10" barrel per fiocchi) out of 3 & 4" barrels, we got 1044 fps out of a 4" GP100 and get this, 891 fps out of a 3" S&W 686, with no expansion whatsoever in 10% calibrated jello! Basically this is a .38 spl load fiocchi markets as 357, I'd never rely on this ammo for defensive purposes!

These are an amazing round in my snubbie, as well as my lever action rifle. ALMOST as cost effective as shooting FMJ, and when it comes to practice, it's better to shoot with what you are gonna load your piece with and this is it!
