This steel target stand from Target Barn is an excellent way to support your outdoor training habits at an inexpensive cost! The stand's design utilizes exceptionally strong 10 gauge steel that is held together by tight, thorough welding; the welding is performed robotically which results in amazing consistency and precision. Each stand is powder-coated with black paint which helps to protect the steel material from rust caused by moisture. On windy days, the stand can be secured to the ground by laying a sandbag over its cross-pieces or by driving stakes into the four pre-bored holes.

The stand comes equipped with two cups which accept one 1" x 2" wood furring strip each; simply insert two of these skinny strips from your local hardware store and you'll have the perfect surface on which to staple a cardboard or paper target. 18 inches of width ensures compatibility with the most popular torso, bullseye, and silhouette target types including those used in IDPA and USPSA/IPSC. Each cup is accompanied by a wingnut which locks its furring strip in place in order to decrease target wobble.
