It would appear that one or more law enforcement agencies didn’t want these specific Glock 23 factory magazines, however, because they traded them in after using them for some period of time. We cannot say how much these magazines were used. We weren’t provided that information. If you order one, it’s possible that it was never fired before. It’s also possible that it was run extensively.
