This is a new Ammo To Go Ammunition Storage Components AR-15 30rd. Magazine. .223/.556 Aluminum Mag/ Mil-L-46010 Dry Film Lubricant Coated, Aluminum Alloy 6061, Heat Treated to T6 hardness, Hard Coat Anodized per Mil-A-8625. Meets USGI Requirements. ASC uses Chrome Silicon Springs which do not continuously take a set over time or multiple loadings. The Marlube coating is designed as a break in coating that burnishes into the surface of the material for everlasting lubricity. This quality magazine is made especially for Ammo To Go and has the Ammo To Go blued steel baseplate. These will be collectors items!

These things are a BIT tight right out of the packaging, but they are quite nice. Loaded all 3 of them up with 30 rounds each and no problems (the last few are tighter than hell, but aren't they all?) Anyway, I would recommend using some sort of dry lubricant (lithium) on the springs to help out with the uber tightness. Overall, 4.5 of 5.
