For a better target shooting experience with your .38 Special revolver, use these semi-wadcutter cartridges from Winchester. These rounds fire bullets with a flat head that punches nice round holes in paper targets. When fired at typical pistol ranges, these holes should be visible from the firing line for better feedback. These rounds produce a relatively low muzzle velocity of 755 feet per second, resulting in gentle recoil and a higher effective fire rate. This ammo uses non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases.
