Hornady Ammunition 75 Grain Hollow-Point Boat Tail (HP-BT) Ammo Details

For shooters looking for a competitive edge, this 5.56x45 ammo from Hornady's new Frontier line will do the trick. Loaded with 75gr. boattail hollow point (BTHP) Match bullets, these cartridges are designed to be true to Hornady's original slogan of "Ten Bullets Through One Hole." The projectiles featured in this 5.56 NATO ammo are boattailed for better accuracy at long range and are shaped into the secant ogive style to virtually eliminate drag and wind drift. These cartridges are military grade and are made using Boxer-primed brass casings that are new production and reloadable. This match ammunition is manufactured in the Lake City Army Ammunition plant and available in a 500 round bulk case.

Great ammo for plinking or practice! As far as accuracy at 100yds. I couldn’t tell a difference between these and Hornady #80261, a little smokey but 0 malfunctions!!
