Steel shot, of course, which is completely nontoxic to keep you from landing in hot water while you’re hunting waterfowl. So much shot really tears out of a shotgun’s muzzle at 1,550 fps, which gives steel the big energy it needs to compensate for its low density. And as #4 shot, it is a fine choice for pass shooting and decoy hunting alike!
