This 12 Gauge shotshell is dynamite at the trap and sporting clays range. Its #8 shot is an ideal size for such noble pastimes, and Rio’s lead doesn’t warp under pressure to cause flyaways and wide, weak patterns. This shell’s wad compresses during ignition to soak up recoil and further spare its shot from deformation. Its 1,340 fps muzzle velocity is high-powered – if you’d rather not lead with your aim as much, especially when you’re tracking a clay sailing from right to left, you will find such a flat, fast trajectory of great utility.

Rio pairs a reactive, non-corrosive primer with a charge of single-based propellant to achieve so predictable a muzzle velocity and following trajectory.
