This bulk package contains 2750 rounds of Federal .22LR ammunition engineered especially for the target range. Each rimfire cartridge is loaded with a 40 grain lead round nose (LRN) projectile, making it a perfect option for paper, cardboard, or metal targets. An excellent choice for the high-volume target shooter, this ammunition allows you to sight in and practice with your .22 rifle or handgun with a load that performs almost identically to Federal's .22LR 38-grain hollow point field loads. The ballistic performance of these two loads eliminates the need for sight adjustment when switching between your range and hunting loads.
This is new production ammunition featuring high-grade, clean-burning powder and non-corrosive, reloadable brass casings. Delivering a consistent muzzle velocity of 729 feet per second, these range loads are also excellent for rimfire competition and function well through AR conversions.
