If you want to take your SKS or AK rifle on a deer or hog hunt, try this soft point 7.62x39mm ammunition from Prvi Partizan. These cartridges have similar external ballistics to ball rounds but fire pointed soft point bullets that deliver high-diameter expansion to bring down your target quickly and cleanly. The soft point projectile mushrooms without fragmenting, preserving edible meat for consumption.
Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 123-grain SP bullet at a muzzle velocity of 2,460 feet per second. Expect good performance on a variety of small to midsize game and varmints at close to medium range.
These cartridges are loaded in Uzice, Serbia by Prvi Partizan, a longtime manufacturer of hunting and military ammo. PPU has been in business since the 1920s and produces over 500 different cartridge types. Best foreign ammo that I have put through my 189 series Mini 30. Never a jam and will print the first 3 shots inside of 2 inches.
