The 6.5mm-284 Norma is favored by enthusiasts for its exceedingly accurate performance, and is a fixture at benchrest shooting competitions throughout the country. If you’d like to take advantage of that precision while still enjoying the takedown terminal performance requisite for effective hunting, then this round from Nosler’s Trophy Grade line of ammunition is just what you need.

This round is outfitted with a 120 grain Ballistic Tip. The bullet’s polymer tip is color coded to its caliber for easy identification, and serves to resist magazine deformation, streamline the meplat, and initiate massive expansion upon impact. The Ballistic Tip’s jacket is fully tapered to best facilitate rapid expansion, and its heavy base provides a platform upon which devastating mushrooming can better take place. This bullet’s boat tail raises its ballistic coefficient even more, complementing the caliber’s flat trajectory so that no buck you spot will be off limits come hunting season.
