If you've been lucky enough to draw some tags this season, you'll want to capitalize on your fortune by using these premium deer hunting rounds from Hornady. Hornady's American Whitetail ammo is specifically designed for the most popular game animal in the United States and is available for the most well-known calibers that hunters prefer. In this case, these 6.5mm Creedmoor rounds are tailored to function in nearly any bolt-action or semi-automatic build and intended to bring deer down in short order with minimal suffering. This is accomplished by way of quality components which include reloadable brass casings fitted with clean-igniting Boxer primers and filled with efficiently burning propellant.

Hornady's choice of powder keeps barrels cleaner and more accurate while making brass casings easier to tumble during the home reloading process. Each cartridge is topped by the InterLock projectile which weighs in at 129 grains to fit squarely between the caliber's established weight range. The InterLock bullet has a toothed cannelure to prevent setback or jostling, an exposed lead tip that causes expansion during target entry, and a base-locking ring which prevents separation and maintains terminal effect. The sum of these features is a round that will punch through gristle and bone, mushroom outward with rapid authority, and pass on kinetic energy to the heart and lungs.
