20rds - 6.5 Jap PCI 156gr. SPRN Ammo

PCI 156 Grain Soft-Point (SP) Ammo Details

Collectors of Japanese Arisaka rifles will not want to miss out on this 6.5 Jap ammo by Precision Cartridge Inc. These premium cartridges are American-made and are loaded into new-production brass casings that are Boxer-primed and reloadable. Each 6.5 Japanese cartridge features a 156gr. soft-point round nose (SPRN) projectile that can be used for target practice, plinking, or hunting. The soft exposed lead at the tip of the bullet expands when entering soft tissue, thus making these rounds terminally effective for hunting medium-size game.

Precision Cartridge, Inc. was founded in 1986 in the state of Indiana. This 6.5 Jap ammo is available in 20-round boxes.

PCI ammo is very unreliable. I had an average of four squib rounds per box of 20 in the six boxes I purchased. In addition, one (just one) round sounded weak and smoked like the cartridge was loaded with black powder.
