20rds – 357 SIG Speer Gold Dot 125gr. JHP Ammo Details

Speer’s Gold Dot line of ammunition is one of the definitive solutions for reliable personal protection. The key to this 357 SIG round’s commendable performance is its 125 grain Gold Dot projectile, which features an electrochemically bonded alloyed lead core and copper jacket. It is not only very accurate, but also able to retain essentially all of its weight even after it has blasted through barriers ranging from heavy fabric to steel. As it penetrates, preexisting fault lines built into the nose cavity ensure that expansion takes place to the correct width for lethal terminal effect. The nose cavity’s formation process further ensures that expansion takes place at the optimal rate as well.

A Gold Dot load features a nickel plated brass casing, which is substantially better able to resist corrosion and furthermore slips in and out of a chamber with ease. Speer outfitted this cartridge with a sensitive CCI primer and clean burning propellant charge that are both worthy of the all-important task of defending your person or your home.
