Federal partnered with the legendary Henry Repeating Arms while optimizing this ammo’s performance in all lever-action firearms. Each round features a modified chamfered brass case, which is plated with smooth nickel to promote extraordinarily reliable feeding. The 150 grain soft point bullet is also enhanced to promote deadlier terminal performance out of a lever gun. Not only is it bonded to secure deeper penetration; it is also able to expand reliably across a wide range of impact velocities.

This round has 1,449 ft lbs of striking energy at 100 yards, or 1,085 ft lbs at 200 yards. According to Federal, it also has 453 ft lbs of striking energy at 500 yards. Not a shabby shot at all if you can pull it off!
