1 - Mil Spec 50 Cal. Ammo Can - New M2A1 – Blackhawk Details

This isn’t just any old steel box. Blackhawk’s M2A1 .50 cal ammo can is your best friend, because it’s going to protect your precious shells or cartridges from damage and corrosion whether you’re storing them long-term or going on an adventure!

This mil-spec ammo can is made with heavy gauge steel. The seam-welded container can be dropped, smashed, backed over with a truck, and abused any number of other ways without becoming worse for wear (aside from cosmetic scratching).

The M2A1’s lid features a continuous rubber gasket. When latched shut, it makes the ammo can impermeable to water, humidity, dust, and everything else which doesn’t do ammo any favors. The lid’s skirt keeps ammo fully covered even when it’s not sealed tight, and its hinged handle lies flat to make the can perfect for stacking.

An M2A1’s generous dimensions (11”x7”x 5.5”) mean it can hold well over 2,000 9mm cartridges or well over 1,000 5.56x45 cartridges. This weather-resistant can is also great for camping and geocaching!

These are great for storing ammo. MTM 100 round cases for 357 mag, 9mm and 5.46x45 (223) fit width wise and two lengthwise in the container. Beyond that, quantity is a function of case height...so more 9mm cases fit than the others. These are at a very competitive price point and are brand new cases. I received mine quickly after ordering. I definitely can recommend them.
