These are great for storing ammo. MTM 100 round cases for 357 mag, 9mm and 5.46x45 (223) fit width wise and two lengthwise in the container. Beyond that, quantity is a function of case more 9mm cases fit than the others. These are at a very competitive price point and are brand new cases. I received mine quickly after ordering. I definitely can recommend them.

Bought two cans from another website one was hard to open the other not. My Zastava .308 AK has zero issues with this ammunition

The ammo cans need a little help to be opened. Once the seal was broke, the cans opened and closed just fine. The brass was dated 11-79 and it was in good shape. A little discoloration, but nothing that affected feeding or firing. Shoots well. Used it on a two day fighting rifle course and didn't have any issues with it in my M1A rifle. Fired about 500 rounds per day and didn't clean the rifle till the end. Don't feel it was any more dirty then other military surplus or factory loads I've fired over the years.
