7.62X54R Ammo
The 7.62x54mmR can be thought of as the Russian analog to the 7.62x51mm NATO. Its trajectory isn’t quite as flat, and its bullet isn’t quite as resilient to wind drift, but the fact that the 7.62x54mmR has seen consistent military use since its introduction in 1891 is no small testament to its practicality. This is the ammo you need to fire a Mosin–Nagant – aka “винтовка Мосина,” or “nugget.”
