Semi-Wadcutter

A 41 magnum semi wadcutter round is designed to fire a bullet that combines the aspect of an average FMJ round nose bullet with the flat front profile of a wadcutter bullet. Semi wadcutters offer more velocity and more forward weight than a traditional wad cutter. This increases the penetration of the round, and makes it a more proficient hunting round. Since the round carries some of the same qualities as a wadcutter, it can be a more efficient competition round than traditional bullets. The 41 Magnum loaded with semi wadcutters makes for a very versatile weapon, it can be used for self defense, target competitions, and hunting but is mostly used by competition target shooters who need to punch as clean a hole as possible for scoring purposes.
