25rds - 12 Gauge Winchester Super-X 2 3/4" Black Powder Blank Ammo Details

Perfect for field training exercises, this 12 Gauge Black Powder Blank ammunition from Winchester produce a loud, realistic report and visible smoke effect without dangerous projectiles.

Each new production 2 ¾ inch shotshell is loaded with a 6 dram equivalent black powder blank. While this ammunition is intended for less-than-lethal shooting applications, it can still cause death or serious injury if proper safety precautions are not followed. Risk increases when this ammunition is fired at close range. Always treat a weapon loaded with blank ammunition as you would any other weapon. Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction and practice proper trigger discipline.

ger AA shotgun shells fill with ffg black powder put over powder wad crimp
should only be used in modern shot gun double or single shot

Very loud and effective! Much louder and deeper sound than the light Fiocci smokeless powder blanks. Powerful enough to cycle a semi-auto, but don't use it in one. I did. If you are lucky, you may get three or four shots before it jams up. Extremely dirty, even after just one shot! Use a single shot or double barrel. I spent at least a couple of hours cleaning my shotgun, firing it, then recleaning it again. ;-) I think it is finally reliable again for regular loads to cycle.

We use this to start sailboat races. Bottom line they are super load and can be heard for miles over open water. Double ear pro recommended.
