This 25 ACP cartridge by Hornady represents a slate of features which will come in handy in the event that you should ever have to pull your weapon. Its 35 grain FTX projectile is fitted with a Flex tip which prevents its hollow nose cavity from becoming impacted by clogging fabric. Upon impact that tip also jams downward to trigger wide expansion. The FTX is able to retain the greater part of its weight during expansion courtesy of its InterLock ring, which holds its high antimony lead core and heavy jacket together. The FTX is an accurate bullet as well thanks to its secant ogive profile which gives it a flat trajectory.

This round features low flash propellant, so your first shot in the dark won’t deprive you of your ability to fire accurate follow-up shots. That propellant also produces a low recoil, so you may fire fast follow-up shots as well. This round’s casing is made of brass and therefore reloadable, and its nickel plating enhances its resistance to corrosion as well as its visibility, a very useful feature when you need to perform a fast chamber check in poor lighting.
