I shot 10 of these the other day out of my DP 12 double barrel pump shotgun. The recoil was less than my AR 15. In a home defense situation I will be able to get many shots off and will not miss due to recoil. These are very good home defense rounds and are not crazy expensive.

My 870 shot 10 rounds with no problem. At about $.50 per round, it is about as cheap as you can get. With reduced recoil rounds most semi autos won't cycle this round. If it won't cycle that is your guns problem.

My FN SLP did not cycle these even with the reduced piston. I fired many different types of shells that day to see what I liked using both pistons and all others cycled. They where also "sticking" when loading them into the mag tube for some reason. The only positive thing I can say about this ammo is it was much more comfortable to shoot, I really wish my gun cycled it.

My Super 90 didn't cycle these. Shot 10 rounds and had 10 stove-pipes.
