This 250 round bulk case of 12 gauge shells will keep you well supplied for a few hunting seasons or trips to the local skeet club! Each cartridge is assembled using a 209 primer fitted to a high-brass head and moisture resistant hull which Federal rolls and heat-treats in their own factory. Inside the shell is 1-1/8 ounces of lead shot which is settled atop Federal's own wad design; the wad serves to take the bite off of recoil while protecting the shot from flat-spotting during the firing process.This cuts down on the percentage of deformed pellets which can fly erratically out of their pattern zone or fail to penetrate adequately in upland game birds. Federal has been refining their manufacturing processes for over nine decades and is well known for consistent production quality in across each individual brand or line-up.
