Fred Barnes started manufacturing his own bullets in his Colorado basement in 1932. From those modest beginnings, Barnes Bullets has grown to become one of the most-respected names in high-performance hunting ammunition.
Featuring a 140 grain Barnes Tipped TSX projectile, these rounds deliver amazing pinpoint accuracy and devastating terminal performance. The unique design of the TSX bullet incorporates a solid copper construction with multiple shank cuts that cause the projectile to expand to twice the original diameter and form four surgically-sharp petals. These expanded razor sharp petals form an X that easily slices through hide, tissue, and vital organs.
The addition of a polymer tip increases ballistic coefficient of the standard TSX bullet and creates faster terminal expansion. Each of these Barnes Vor-TX 7mm Remington Magnum rounds produces a muzzle velocity of 3100 feet per second with 2987 foot pounds of muzzle energy.
This ammunition is 100 percent non-corrosive and features quality boxer primers and reloadable brass cases. Use these fast, flat-shooting rounds for hunting open country whitetails, mule deer, sheep, and goat.

This ammo is expensive, However it is also worth every penny. If your like me the thought of chasing a wounded animal and never finding it really bother's you. This ammo will put a whitetail down HARD. It will break any bone it hits doing further damage and decreasing the time it takes to the deer to bleed out. If you want a hard hitting round that will make quick, humane kills then this is the one for you.
