Each factory fresh cartridge is loaded with a 150 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectile. Delivering minimal terminal expansion, FMJ rounds are well-suited for target practice, tactical drills, and recreational backyard plinking. Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 2838 feet per second, each round generates 2682 foot pounds of muzzle energy.

WOLF ammo was originally manufactured at the Tula Cartridge Plant located in Tula, Russia. WOLF Gold is the company’s brass cased ammo produced specifically for civilian shooters worldwide. Although WOLF Gold was formerly produced by Serbian manufacturer, Prvi Partizan, it is now manufactured in Taiwan.
Wolf ammunition is manufactured to exacting tolerances and must pass through stringent quality control systems before it reaches the consumer. Each cartridge is individually inspected and rounds from each batch are tested for ballistic value, pressure, and accuracy.
