This 338 Lapua Mag cartridge from Barnes’ VOR-TX line of ammunition sports its manufacturer’s 280 grain Long Range X (LRX) projectile. True to its name, this is a bullet that’s designed to let you take your game before it’s ever had a chance to perceive you. Its long profile, Accu-Groove technology, boat tail with precision heel radius, and aerodynamic polymer tip all give it exceptional accuracy. Left atrium, right ventricle, mitral valve -- precisely which part of the ticker you launch an LRX through is entirely within your control.

The LRX’s polymer tip serves a double function.
