20rds – 224 Valkyrie Sierra Prairie Enemy 69gr. 20 Ammo

Sierra Bullets 69 Grain Polymer Tipped Ammo Details

If you’re hunting predators, doesn’t that make you the predator? We’d say so. And we just so happen to have the perfect ammo in store for an apex predator such as yourself: Sierra’s Prairie Enemy 224 Valkyrie!

What makes this cartridge deadlier than any claw or fang is its 69 grain bullet. As a BlitzKing it features a streamlined copper jacket, low-drag boat tail, and sharp proprietary acetyl resin tip. These all come together to give the BlitzKing an elevated 0.376 G1 ballistic coefficient (or 0.188 G7 BC), which it uses to home in on a 300 yard target without needing to rise higher than 4”. At that range the BlitzKing overwhelms a predator with 882 ft lbs of energy, and even at 500 yards it carries nearly 600 ft lbs of deadly force.

While the BlitzKing looks and behaves like Sierra’s prized MatchKing, it further delivers expanding terminal performance. Upon connecting with a soft target its hard tip smashes into the wafer-thin jacket and dense lead core it sits upon to rupture both outward completely, making it thoroughly deadly to critters that howl and prowl.

Sierra neatly seats their Prairie Enemy round’s BlitzKing in a brand new brass case, complete with clean burning propellant and a non-corrosive primer.
