This 12 Gauge shotshell is from Remington’s Disintegrator line of ammunition. That means its 00 buck is frangible, so impact with virtually anything will pulverize it into oblivion. Law enforcement professionals train with this shell to avoid the kind of splash-back that can make indoor ranges no fun. It’s also appropriate for home defense, when you wouldn’t want little lead balls to creep their way into adjacent rooms or neighboring houses. This frangible shot is free of lead -- as is its primer. A cleaner shooting experience even better suits this shell for indoor ranges where air circulation might not be ideal.

This somewhat unique Remington shell is still a Remington to its core, with a fast burning priming mixture, a clean burning propellant load, and a concentric brass head. This is a reduced recoil shell as well, optimal for more comfortable extended periods of training.
