Great Mag. Feeds reliably and looks great. Much better quality than the Pro Mag drum (at a better price).

I have only managed to make this magazine choke up once, and that was using a varying amount of old .22LR ranging from the remainder of a notoriously bad batch of Thunderbolt to CCI Minimags, and 20 year old Federal, various Winchester as well. All a mixture of old and new. This also required a liberal amount of dirt being stuffed into the magazine to do so.
If you are looking for a 10/22 magazine, this is it. No more cracking brittle shells, no more misfeeds or worn out plastic feed lips. Easy to load from the first round to the last.
On the down side they are, like all Ruger products, HEAVY and over engineered to the max. They are thick, and they weigh about as much as a loaded Hot Lips from BC.

Note: I also ran 500 rounds of Remi .22HP's through them with not one FTF. I am buying these exclusively now and getting rid of my aftermarket mags...

These are outstanding!!!! Not only are they priced right, they just plain work!! I have had other aftermarket mags for my 1022, and they are hit and miss for the most part with FTF's that must be cleared, making shooting my 1022 not nearly as much fun as with these mags. I ordered these from ATG on a Friday and they arrived at my door on Saturday. First, that is amazing service. Second these magazines are quality. Ruger has done a good job with them, and even loading these with out a magazine loader is pretty darned easy. They also noticeably feel solid and lock into the mag well perfectly with a reassuring "click" (some of my other aftermarket mags you have to really get them seated "just right" and they still sometimes have to be reseated). I took them out yesterday and using Remington HP's these popped off a brick of 500 shells with not one single FTF. After running the first two magazines through the 1022 flawlessly, my confidence in these magazines grew exponentially, And talk about fun, emptying a magazine as fast as I could squeeze off the trigger, was so much fun! I will be getting rid of my aftermarket mags and buying more of these..
