Pre-fragmented ammunition for the 7.62 Tok makes an extremely versatile self-defense load. Pre fragmented ammo is a hollow point round designed to break apart when it strikes a hard surface. Pre fragmented ammunition is designed to break apart rapidly to prevent penetration through soft walls, and to prevent ricochets. The 7.62 Tok pre fragmented loads are excellent for home defense since they are more prone to break apart when the round strikes dry wall or studs.
