7.62x25 TOKAREV Ammo

The 7.62x25 Tokarev is a bottleneck semi-automatic pistol cartridge developed by the Soviet Union in 1930. It was eventually replaced by the 9x18mm Makarov, although the abundance of existing Tokarev TT-33 pistols means that demand still exists for the older round. The 7.62x25 Tokarev is usually loaded with an 85 grain projectile, which achieves a 1,250 to 1,550 fps muzzle velocity in conjunction with a 120 mm (4.724”) barrel.
