This is 8mm Mauser Yugoslavian military ammo. This ammo was manufactured in the 1950's. It is brass cased, berdan primed and mildly corrosive. It has a 196gr. FMJ bullet. This is some very bright and shiny ammo. It was just removed from a sealed tin, so it is as new ammo.
