Did not have any feeding problems with this round in my g30 or pm45. Quite soft shooting for a .45 +p. I kinda like it!

Depending what gun you own and who you talk to, people either love or hate this round. Never had one jam in my gun but the expansion was inconsistent, some rounds would barely expand at all! LE will stay far away from this round as you might want to do as well. Go with the Hornady TAP if you like the 200gr +P round in 45 ACP.

I have used this and other Gold Dot ammunition for years with no problem at all. I use this particular ammunition exclusively for my defensive carry ammunition. I use it in my Kimber Pro CDP II and Eclipse Pro Target II , Colt Officer and Commander, Sig 1911 GSR and 220, Glock 21 and Springfield XD45 and they all love it. I have never has a single round fail to feed or fire. This is also some of the most accurate amnmunition I have ever used. I literally trust my life to it every day.

I bought a box of 50 of these and sadly cannot do anything with about 30 rounds due to the fact they won't feed in my Kimber Pro Carry II. I've been told that I could polish the feed ramp to improve feeding, but I really don't want to modify the pistol just to feed one particular kind of ammo...shame-it's very accurate, but won't feed in mine.

I bought a bunch of this stuff for $1.00 per shot and have fired it (approximately 500 rounds) in three different Taurus PT1911s, three different Taurus PT145s, and one Springfield XD. I have found that these rounds seem to work fine in the XD (which has never had a hiccup and in the the PT145s (despite consistent and severe magazine problems with many factory mags, which I don't blame the ammo for), but they absolutely will not cycle in the 1911s, despite that I have NEVER had an issue with any other round with any of these guns. I have fired hundreds, perhaps even a thousand rounds of various other brands and bullet types through these 1911s without a problem. As I said in a previous review, they hit the feed ramp and lock up rock-solid. At first, I really thought this stuff was crap, but it seems to depend on the model of gun. One other small issue I had, though, was I ran into a few rounds where the bullets were seated too deep in the casing.
