Much more affordable than traditional full metal jacket (FMJ) rounds, these "complete metal jacket” rounds produced by the Italian ammunition manufacturer, Fiocchi Munizioni provide a cheaper way to get your practice shots in. Ideal for high volume target shooting and repetitive tactical drills, this package contains a full 1000 rounds of Fiocchi .40 S&W ammo.



Each of these rounds is loaded with a unique 180 grain complete metal jacketed truncated cone (CMJTC) projectile. Using chemical electrolysis, these bullets feature an incredibly thin copper jacket is applied to the lead core. Because this type of jacket requires less copper, these loads are more economical that those with a standard jacket.



These rounds function like a FMJ load in any .40 S&W handgun, although you may experience a slight increase in lead fouling.



Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 1000 feet per second, these loads hit with 399 foot pounds of energy.



As with all Fiocchi's range ammunition, these rounds are new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, and feature fully reloadable brass cases.
