Fiocchi Ammunition 70 Grain Pointed Soft-Point (PSP) Ammo Details

Practice is the best way to become a better shooter, but the price of ammunition can make practice expensive. Fiocchi’s Rifle Shooting Dynamics line strikes a perfect balance of performance and affordability for practice, competition shooting, and hunting. Fiocchi is a privately owned Italian company headquartered in Lecco, Italy. Founded in 1876 by Giulio Fiocchi, Fiocchi has manufactured most of the ammo for its American market at their state-art factory located in Ozark, Missouri since 1986.

Each of these new production .243 Winchester cartridges is loaded with a 70 grain pointed soft point projectile. The energy transfer and wound creation of these soft point bullets is devastating, while the streamlined pointed profile increases aerodynamic performance for better downrange accuracy. These affordable rounds are perfect for the budget-conscious deer hunter, for both the target range and the woods.

Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 3400 feet per second, each round generates a muzzle energy of 1796 foot pounds. This ammunition is non-corrosive, boxer primed, and features quality reloadable brass cases. Packed in 20-round boxes, each case contains 10 boxes.
