50rds - 223 Black Hills 77gr. Sierra MatchKing Hollow Point Ammo Excellent advise Mr. Heaphy. I bought some of this 77g BH from Cabellas a while back and couldn't achieve a group worth crap. I then found out it's not intended for my 1:9 twist but others with 1:7 twist love the stuff.

Great accuracy and awsome terminal performance is what you get with this bullet, my Sig 556 loves to shoot this round. Make sure you have a proper twist rate (1:7/1:8) that will stabilize this larger round. Most 223's don't come with a twist rate less than 1:9 so you may have to own a 556 to shoot this.

The 69gr SMK is a great hollow point and if your rifle can't stabilize the heavier 77gr SMK (1:7 twist) then pick up a box of this stuff. You will be pleased with the accuracy and terminal performance of the 69gr SMK.
