To prove malice aforementioned the prosecuter would have to prove that the defendant, good or bad; carelessly or maliciously without regard for others intended to cause harm to inocent bystanders not the perpetrator of the crime. If the ammo was ised in self defense and no one but the criminal was hurt then the the malice charge is moot. Even if bystanders were hurt I have a hard time believing that a jury of "housewives" would convict on malice charges with a decent defende lawyer. And any jury..

Just the sheer weight and high quality of this impressive round makes one feel "more than protected". These 12-gauge shells are actually heavier than 3" magnum slugs! WOW - these are some "scary" shotgun shells - I actually bought multiple orders.
